C'est en Mars 2009 que Pray For Hope voit le jour suite à la rencontre de Hades FX et Michael, les deux compères décident de partager leur passion commune: la musique et fondent ainsi un groupe de Deathcore. Antony , un batteur, se joindra à eux peu de temps après, puis par la rencontre virtuelle de Michael et Damien aboutira par l'occupation de ce dernier au poste de bassiste. C'est Ben qui termina ensuite de compléter PFH.
Damien quitte PFH pour cause de divergences sur l'orientation musicale du groupe. La formation est alors rejoint par Hellfire le 1er août 2009, puis s'ensuivra un second vocaliste, Ronan puis le départ d'Anthony. Alors que le groupe auditionnait un batteur, Jéremy, celui-ci décide de ne pas rejoindre PFH pour se consacrer à son premier groupe Blood And Prayers. Finalement, c'est Constant qui prend la place de batteur.

I't in March 2009 that Pray For Hope begin after the meeting of Hades FX and Michael, the two friends decide to share what they link; the music and build a Deathcore band. Antony , a drummer, came to them a few moment after. Then, by the virtual meeting of Michael and Damien, he enter in the band like bassist. It's Ben who come to end the line up like lead guitarist. Damien left PFH because of difference about musical orientation of the band. The formation is then joined by Hellfire on August 1st 2009, then will follow the second vocalist, Ronan and Anthony's departure. While the band auditioned a new drummer, Jéremy, this one decides to don't join PFH to dedicate itself to his first band Blood And Prayers. Finally, it's Constant who take drummer's place.
